Are our coffees and teas Organic and Fair Trade Certified?

  • Yes, we only use one manufacturer and they are Organic and Fair Trade Certified. We are currently working on receiving our certification.

What countries do we ship to?

  • Currently we only ship within the USA. Additionally, our affiliate program is only available to people that live in the USA.

Orders and Shipping

Our Coffee is roasted to order! This guarantees freshness and quality from us to you.

When you place an order with us, it will start to process right away.

We ship via Fed-Ex from our hub in Georgia. Your account will be updated with a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is made. Because we ship through Fed-Ex we need physical addresses. P.o. boxes will not be accepted.

Once your order is roasted and sealed, it then is processed for shipping. . All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. (Monday-Friday) excluding holidays.

Because our coffee is roasted to order, we are unable to cancel an order once it is processing.

What is the shipping cost?

  • We have a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 up to 20 lbs. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
